American singer-songwriter Maggie Lindemann will take on Washington, D.C.’s 9:30 Club on Feb. 26, in celebration of her second studio album, i feel everything. The album, an unfiltered and raw exploration of the difficulties of being human and the struggle to find one’s identity while navigating pain, marks a turning point in Lindemann’s career. Blending alternative and hyperpop sounds with incredibly intense vocals, the show is a must-see thanks to Lindemann’s range and ability as an artist.

Beginning her career on social media in 2015, Lindemann went global with her 2016 hit, “Pretty Girl,” followed by the 2017 single “Obsessed.” Since her early singles and EP’s, she moved to the more alternative, electropop sound common in her music today, showcased in her albums SUCKERPUNCH and HEADSPLIT. Since 2020, Lindemann has been a part of her own music label, swixxzaudio, giving her creative control and freedom. Additionally, she owns her own fashion brand, SWIIXZ, a DIY fashion label representative of her sound and spirit. i feel everything and this accompanying tour truly come at a career high for Lindemann.

Joining Lindemann is California-based, Miami-born artist Ayleen Valentine, whose music blends influences from Imogen Heap, Radiohead and Grimes into an electronic alt-pop wonder. Ayleen, who recently headlined a show in L.A.’s Moroccan Lounge, began her rise as an artist during the early days of the COVID-19 Pandemic with the surge of “relaxing beats.” Through collaborations with Powfu, Sarcastic Sounds and Beowulf, she amassed millions of streams on Spotify while also releasing solo singles and EPs. In 2024, she released her first and, to date, only full-length album, little rainbows after death. Her sound is incredibly unique, so between her and Lindemann, you will not want to miss this show.
