Alex Giannascoli, better known by his stage name Alex G, is a Philadelphia-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He first gained a devoted following through his early self-released albums and distinct lo-fi sound, later expanding his style to include elements of folk, indie rock, and even country. With ten albums under his belt, Alex G returns this fall to tour with his latest release, Headlights.

Catch Alex G next Tuesday, October 7th at The Anthem in D.C.! General admission tickets are still available online through Ticketmaster. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show begins at 8:00 – be sure to get there and grab a good spot to listen to some incredible live music.

Opening for Alex G is Nilüfer Yanya, a London-based artist who mixes electronic music with alt rock.
